Catastrophic plan as well here even married with a small child. That also pays 100% for all routine preventive care including your EKG if you have to do that for your medical. Even if you end up paying out of pocket the in network rates are very very reasonable and unless you end up in the hospital you would be hard pressed to get close to the $3500 and after that it pays at 100% so that is the max you would ever pay out of pocket in a year for anything......or you can pay over about 2/3 of that for a premium you may or may not use and still have co-pays and a deductible to deal with.
