You do realize any failure that goes on a pilots PRIA is signed by that pilot? A copy of what the pilot signs must be given to the pilot if requested. If what you claim has happened, that is falsifying a federal document. It is not as simple as "I am sorry" especially if this happens to multiple pilots that are simply separating employment. A track record of that would be malice and easy to prove.
Heard an FO in PIE asked for his PRIA and was told no. He had to hire a labor lawyer. I don't know what the resolution was, but that's a far cry from being able to audit your file anytime you want.
