Well that most certainly is not complying with the PRIA ACT. It would be interesting to see the out come. The PRIA specifically states they have to furnish records within 20 days, if they cannot furnish within 20 days they have to inform you why and the delay has to be reasonable. BUT the records have to be furnished within 30 days. These are calendar days not working days.
