I hear ya. Mesa is going to have to step up their game, and soon. Xjet is looking to increase FO pay by Jan, and Envoy already has a bonus (which is silly, IMHO), but that will leave Mesa in the dust pretty soon. Hopefully they rally with increased FO pay, and stay in the game!

Every pilot needs to evaluate the situation for themselves, and go for the opportunities they want. Pay aside, Mesa is extremely chill place to work.
