Maybe last year. I don't think anyone with experience and knowledge of the industry is making a lateral to Mesa anymore. I was referencing the fact that all these captains keep saying every FO they fly with is on the way out. Not a good sign. The quick upgrade only lasts as long as new hires keep coming in the door. The only chance for Mesa to get improvements to their contract is if hiring becomes a problem.
