Absolutely horrible.

I bid #2 and have to resort to a Reserve line (which I may not even get) to hold a weekend off at the end of the month. They keep adding CA vacancies and just dump all the flying into open time and staff it with FLL F/Os.

All the F/Os that leave ACY are back-filled by guys in training who can't bid. It's a never ending cycle of misery, lol.
