How about a fitness center or one that can help maintain a healthy and somewhat fit workforce. Happiness breeds healthiness and vice versa. Think about things beyond yourself and your measley "save a buck" methods. Methods that you carry out because of definitive poverty level that you have attained and a me me me attitude that Mesa breeds.

FYI - there is a reason hotels have ratings and rankings and stars. There are defined differences between every level. From small to big differences. Basically you are saying that a 1 Star hotel/motel is perfectly fine for everyone because it's fine for you.
We don't stay at one-star motels. I've never stayed in a motel at Mesa. If you're that concerned about the happiness of our collective group, then why are you posting complain-ey, depressing garbage in the Mesa thread? We work for a ultra lean operating airline. Considering that, I'd say the hotels are acceptable. I'd tell you to quit and go work elsewhere, but our seniority system makes that a difficult decision. Is seniority best for the "collective group"? What about the fact that third year FOs make more than second year FOs? Doesn't seem that great for the group either. Even the TA vote, which, considering the present value of a raise now, year over year, compared to what we might expect in, say, five years, was an irrational choice from a monetary standpoint. The whole group, union, brotherhood, idea among airline pilots is a lie. I try to post reasonable info about Mesa on this thread to counter the young, new (seems like) pilots who come here to puke on their keyboards and press submit.
