You'll be assigned a new hire mentor in Indoc as well and they should be very helpful. They usually assign previous mil to new mil transition so there is a good frame of ref.
It really varies quite a bit depending on the fleet you start out in as to level of automation and checklists. Initial will feel like a firehose of delta acronyms and required faa lessons and they will touch on quite a bit but understand that a lot of the admin will come later so don't be too wrapped up about logging into Icrew or bidding as much as you should focus on learning your new airplanes flows and limitations.
