Is seniority best for the "collective group"? What about the fact that third year FOs make more than second year FOs? Doesn't seem that great for the group either. Even the TA vote, which, considering the present value of a raise now, year over year, compared to what we might expect in, say, five years, was an irrational choice from a monetary standpoint. The whole group, union, brotherhood, idea among airline pilots is a lie. I try to post reasonable info about Mesa on this thread to counter the young, new (seems like) pilots who come here to puke on their keyboards and press submit.
