There better not be a third and the union needs to inform all new hire candidates of what is going on (remember Republic FOs make more than ours even with the new rates) and provide direction for the pilot group.
The first for me was the 2010 TA. I caught a bunch of heat for not being optimistic just because Leonard said so. I said before that a lot of us have seen this movie before and it doesn't end well. I wish it really was "different this time," but it very rarely is.
