Your serious concern probably had something to do with it. I ASAPed another hotel for safety reasons and it was changed within a month. ALPA/API hotel complaints don't seem to work. Although, I do not recommend Fatiguing/ASAPing just for non safety related reasons such as a rude van driver, dirty towel, no cheap food nearby, etc.
Make it count and most likely it will be dealt with.
