Speaking hypothetically.. Say the average pilot has 6 four day trips dropped a year due to conflict... Because most pilots can get a conflict here and there whether it's R days, 29/7 or just by accident.

Let's say that averages out to 10 extra hours a month per year.. This new deal would actually be a pay cut at DOS vs our current crap rates and 10 hours above guarantee. Yes, it may be a stretch.... Just food for thought..
