The worst part is the Company really wanted this to go out to a vote, thinking we'd ratify this. They must feel we have very little self respect or self-worth if they believe we'd vote this in.
Maybe we should put this to a vote.....just in case the company truly believes this is how we value our services. Given all the concessions we make on a daily basis, it is quite possible (though I seriously doubt it) that company negotiators are this uninformed.
A 100% no-vote (or something very close to that) would certainly give our union's negotiators better footing when section 6 begins next year.
