On top of everything that has been mentioned, I'm flabbergasted at the miserly FO rates. Some regionals already meet the first year pay proposal. Anyone getting hired from here on out (with over half of the 150 planes on property) is not going to be looking at a quick move to the right seat, and the NC needs to ensure that the FO's are looked after for the long haul! Low pay rates anticipating theoretical quick upgrades are not going to attract talent, keep talent, or whatever else they may be thinking. Hear that sucking sound? That's the legacies moving in for the kill.

We're behind the regionals on this issue, which is bewildering to me. How does anyone think we're going to get pilots in this kind of employment market?
