Bad idea! Lets say it passes by 51% then we just gave ourselves a pay cut. Plus once we lose the transition conflict language then it is gone for good.
This transition conflict language has to stay in the new contract! No way to ever get it back. I loved getting trips dropped and pay protected and then picking up another trip and getting paid for that on top of the paid drops.
I can't believe people would want to get rid of our pay protected drops. Tell me it aint true!
