Honestly I'd have settled for jet blue rates early on with all else remaining the same and some retirement DC. My expectations have now gone to industry leading since we're going to be waiting for a year plus at this point. I'll now happily strike for industry leading at DOS and have no more sympathy for management and their insulting offers.
