The proposal is insulting, do doubt about that. Especially the pay scale, including the top heavy rates. But do you expect anything different considering two of the three negotiators are in the top 15% of the seniority list? They get a nice bump while the MAJORITY of the seniority list gets the shaft.
They can negotiate whatever they want. That's their prerogative. And I'll be voting no with every other pilot that isn't on the 10 year plus pay scale. It's their wasted time as well as ours.
