You're going to have a hard time doing both, especially on months when they raise the floor to 85 hours and with the Part 117 rules, which I believe do apply to the type of flying you're doing on the side.
I know of a few who still flight instruct on the side (which is exempt from Part 117 rules) although you still need a LOA from one of the chief pilots for that.
