Thanks to everyone that has posted in this thread. I've read all 82 pages and have a few questions that I don't think have been covered:
1. Does Allegiant have an ASAP program?
2. Does Allegiant collect/use FOQA data?
3. Are these crazy fast upgrades on account of attrition or growth?

1. Yes
2. Yes (but only a couple 80s have it)
3. Both (although most of it appears to be growth and most people don't want the VBD base)
