This is the real chart. The other charts are not valid including the one in the email. You can't compare what we would make 4 years from now to what they are making today.
You are right that the other chart is more accurate. I posted the one below for two reasons:
1. To show that even if the other carriers don't get any pay raise in 4 years (highly unlikely), most of the pilots still wouldn't even get parity with JB.
2. To show the very high increases in pay for only the most senior captains which you don't see in the DOS chart.
