I don't give a rats ass what the company says they're "Allowed." If the phone rings and it wakes me up, I am going to reset my rest. Operators are not allowed to disturb a pilot during his rest, and that's an FAR. The CBA can say what it wants, it can't supersede an FAR
Not the company saying it, it's the FAA. There are multiple letters of interpretation from the FAA over several years saying they have a "one phone call policy" during a rest period that is completely up to the airman if he/she answers.
