Yes, and their brains work slower, they get overwhelmed easier, they have a hard time with glass cockpits, and you must be on top of them in busy terminal areas so they don't blast into other approach corridors. I'm sure they can fly the pants off a c172, but if flying a jet is a new experience for them, they are a disaster. The young snot nosed kid is a quick learner and won't be a problem down the road. The old guy might require 200 hours of IOE.
