Recurrent training events are pre-bid and entered in your schedule before you bid for flying, so whatever your line award is, you're guaranteed that amount. Full per-diem unless the training location is also your base (really only applies to PHX right now).

If for some reason training has to be re-scheduled, then you *should* still be paid your line guarantee as originally awarded.
