Have you thought about aerial survey? You're kind of late in the game this season (October through May) for the Pictometry vendors (SkyLens, Northern States, Air America, etc.), but you could always throw in a resume and see if there are last minute openings to fill.
I got on at 256 hours in June, and am sitting at 621 now, even with two months off and poor weather lately. Great way to build time and get paid fairly for it.
