Yeah, the CPs I've talked said the company lost it's cool over sick calls because of a small percentage of blatant abusers.
There are some folks who have other jobs, or who's lifestyle is more important than this job. They used to be able to get by when they could bid down and get 20 days off but now it's not working for them. Some of them will just keep calling in until they get fired.
