I think the company is pushing for the AA style occ date to save on 2 months worth of LOS wage increases. They are STILL negotiating what to do with those of us that were hired between Dec 13 and Nov 15. If it wasn't for the $ I would think the company would have rolled over long ago and went with DOH.

I don't understand that at all. From that email, it looks like they want the JCBA to retroactively apply to all those people who were hired before it was signed.
