I guess I don't see the harm in picking up a JA trip. No one is on furlough. Definetly don't pick up at 100%. That says we are cool with our low rates. A trip at 200% still costs the company money. Plus they usually have to drop something else too, creating another opportunity for someone else at potentially 200%.
Why do you support the company with their lack of staffing and self induced problems?
Are you getting a yellow cape and mask to wear at the airport when you get the JA?
Enjoy your family and friends and the time away from the company now until we are compensated appropriately. Then accept those opportunities.
