They need to start at the DOS +4 rates, cut out the first 3 years to make it a 12 year scale, that would be a good point to start and that's just the captain scale. The FOs needs to be a percentage of the captains after that. Then I'd be ok with 10% DC and 5% match or something along those lines. This was a pathetic slap in the face. I think mec-nc felt they were close until compensation came to the table. My question is...why have so many meetings when I feel the company should have known were we where all along. (Surveys)....maybe part of the negotiations strategy? I don't know. And also I guess there isn't a counter offer from our NC until another survey?
