So simple arithmetic must be beyond your grasp. Assuming that new hire classes have been at capacity, and the number of new FOs being back filled into ORD every month has remained mostly constant, (which it has). We've still had a net loss of ~10 reverses month over month.
But yeah......that's normal, especially during the lowest block hour month of the year. It's all just backfilling. It has absolutely nothing to to with the extra aircraft being deployed this month to cover additional flying for other regionals, and those additional block hours being dumped into the bid package.
