Agreed. BTW, I just made up that 10 hr number as an example, similar to how A321 override is calculated. All pilots get it, whether they set foot in an A321 or not. Makes it much easier for payroll and bean counters.

On another note, everyone should keep in mind mgmt will only agree to any of our proposals if there's a perceived benefit to them (common sense) or they are forced to through arbitration...
