Alright, I'll throw this out there. I know most don't want to post their seniority, but to make my point, I have to. I've been here just shy of 18 months and have had 0, that's right ZERO, transition conflicts. I've had pretty sweet set ups only to not be able to hold the right lines in the following month to get a conflict. The only way it would be possible is to consistently bid reserve. I'm just under 50% in base so it's not like I'm junior....
I'm in the same seniority level as you, give or take a month. I've had 4 , possibly 5 conflicts since June. Now granted, for most of those conflicts I had to do some "Flica Ninja" sheit the month prior, but this month I got a 6-day, 28 hour conflict without even trying. And I haven't bid reserve since last year.
But I'm tired of having to play the system to make up my pay. I want to be able to fly my line and not have to worry about Flicing off my schedule to constantly keep bidding these conflicts.
