Seriously, the more info our mgmt sees on here the better as it is the only leverage to change things here... the threat that people may stop coming due to something in training. Does this apply if someone accepted a job offer and but hasn't started training. Does it look bad if he calls and says he won't show up for training due to something else coming up?
