That is an interesting angle.
It is instructive that the company drafted DALPA as a "partner" to fight the ME3...
even paying for FPL for guys working on projects of mutual interest to the company and DALPA...at roughly the same time it started the mass outsourcing.
That sounds like a diversion. Harwood, Hanson and the "strategic planners" sure didn't sniff that out.
