Could mean that the person's email or phone changed and Delta didn't get the change. We are dealing with a bureaucracy after all. I don't see an issue with an email or phone call asking for an update if you think THE CALL could have or should have arrived by now if others in your group are getting the nod.
I called Pilot Selection yesterday because I had never received an email confirmation of my acceptance. They mentioned that there has been issues with the email system. Also, they were very explicit that the Airline Apps contact info needs to be correct (phone, email, mailing address).
