AAG eventually wants all three WOs to have about the same flow time of 5-7 years for cost savings. I wouldn't worry about flow time as a new hire, just go to the company with the easiest commute.
Speculation doesn't pay the bills. The flow is 15-20 years today bottom line for a new hire. No different than Envoy's current 16-17 year flow.
Don't come here for flow, come here for quick upgrade. Otherwise you are looking in the wrong place.
