The fact that we have THAT many pilots to put on RSV. They could cover the schedule integrity with 20% less pilots as they prove daily in the right seat on the guppy here. So, no, it's not a great way to run an airline. It's a terribly wasteful way to run an airline. But I'll gladly collect my 76 x $211.
BTW, 300 flights are cancelled in Denver today. So much for not stranding folks.
