Oh there is no doubt they should never have entered the Hawaii market with the way they were running that part of the operation. They managed to screw it up in ways I could never imagine.

Doing ETOPS is the kind of operation that requires putting a lot of time, money, training, maintenance, and the right operations people to operate well. None of those were things they have ever done or wanted to do.
