Regarding restricted ATP if someone at a 141 accredited school with a loa to issue restricted, took 141 commercial ground but took 61 commercial flight at the 141 school with 141 instructors in 2008 but finally graduated in 2015 with aviation degree would they be eligible for restricted ATP?
