No airline would subject their passengers to nk customer service, seat pitch, and filthy cabins and put their name on the ticket. That being said, code share protection should be an easy get in negotiations.
Is have not been on another ulcc but my understanding is that it's very similar to spirit. Code sharing would be a no brainer especially with any ulcc or even lcc that decides to cross an ocean.
