no no no. You misunderstood him. He was never working on quid it was squid. The story i heard is after his tireless work to update his podcast with the status of his upgrade training, he got a little hungry. He was overheard ordering calamari at the pool and due to a south florida language barrier it was misinterpreted as quid. An honest mistake.
