If anything Fedex would come back with less. They only need 50%+1.
If we approve it now how do we get more later?
Because the LOA is contingent on the HKG/Chicom Government approving us being there. According to what I read, if the Government does not approve FDX alowing us to be there the LOA is invalid and as such if might need to be renogotiated at a future date.
