One wrinkle, the 4.85 is only credited for a FULL 24 hours (24/4.95=4.85). If your pattern starts at 0900z and finishes at 0600z, your pay credit is reduced 5.45 hours (27/4.95). Also, on R1 and training, no credit accrues.
