I agree Packrat made a fool of himself if he works for Alaska, but cmon guys. DELTAS current contract blows ours out of the water in every single regard. The 4-days off means little when you need to pick up a trip in between.

I "like" working here (Chief pilots have been great, great instructors and truly very helpful training/HR Folks) but will have no choice but to try and leave if we don't get a good contract soon. I'd be doing myself and family a huge disservice by staying as an AIRBUS CAPTAIN making $126.00/hr with a paltry retirement.
