Does base have something to do with that? Ignorance of what and how to bid? Or are some guys working way more than their standard 17? It varies A LOT from person to person. This past year I averaged 73 hours credit per month. Seniority will affect your credit a lot if you choose to work on your off-days. I rarely (if ever now) work on my off days and tend to bid to maximize my time at home. It only takes a couple months of 4-6 days of overtime trips to drastically increase your credit time.
