Are there any improvements on the pipeline to mitigate the issue (I.e. Training their Distpach center). Thanks!!

The company's operational procedures are designed specifically to put all liability on the pilots, FA's, and mechanics. That's why we have non standard aircraft with radically different cockpit configurations and little differences training, crappy software for scheduling and dispatch (scheduling mistakes, duty time/rest violations), poorly written and vague manuals, substandard bare min MX, terrible payroll software (the company has figured out a way to have pilots do payroll themselves) etc. Everything is designed to give the company the ability avoid as much liability as possible in the event of an accident.

There's a reason the Jetblue, DL, Atlas, American and even Spirit threads don't carry the anger this one does. No airline is perfect, but Allegiant doesn't even try to be.

Good luck in your decision.
