Just like gonyon spouting about how the NC will do everything according to their own desires. When, in fact, they said at least a dozen times in yesterday's call that the results of the survey will direct their steps going forward. If they wanted to sell this turd of a 'TA' and get their money for themselves at the top-end they could have easily done so.

I'm with the above poster who says to let them work. If you don't like something, talk to your reps. Include the NC as a cc on your email.

I did read the proposal. At DOS pay rates top out at 15, at DOS+1 pay tops out at 15, at DOS+2 pay tops out at year 14. Not until DOS+3 do the pay rates top out at 13 years. So, I ask again, did the company offer 13/10 for top of pay scale, or did the nc misspeak, or did they not elaborate enough. Details and accuracy are important. You can say the company's pay proposal was higher than JB rates, but if you leave out the small detail of when they're higher and who is actually getting higher than JB rates you can be mislead into thinking something different. Heck, in that case, you could make the argument that we're getting better than UPS rates, because on DOS our year 1 guys are getting .50 more an hour. Actually, now that I think about it, it really doesn't matter does it?
