Actually it's Enhanced Line Improvement Trip Trade. Remember this is just a modification to the old LITT sytem and technically it's a test only. The company or SWAPA can pull it if they like. It's SO much better than LITT that it will most likely become permanent in the new contract.

Thanks for the clarification. I wasen't here for LITT, but heard that this is much better. I agree with the 5 day lookout though. I'm also not sure how this whole duty to cover thing works and can't drop crap on the first few days of the month usually. Even when wanting to pick up a 4 day versus a 3 day. Boggles my mind sometimes, as I continue to hit refresh refresh refresh....change you dang POS.....refresh refresh refresh...... You get the idea.
