Be that as it may, I still feel that it is a good place to get 121 experience and if problems persist move on. I don't need to "see" that happening for me to believe you, Allegiant is an ultra-low-cost-carrier man and you have to see it for what it is, not for what you would like it to be.

Case and point, I don't want to talk politics but our government has a lot of corrupt people in it and as a consequence the country is in the position that it is now, but you don't see many people emigrating because of this, on the contrary you see thousands of people migrating to the U.S. because in comparison it still is a great place to live.

Same with Allegiant, if what you are claiming is true, believe me when I tell you that they are not the only ones doing it and although I do not condone this kind of behavior it is just part of corporate America. I don't know if you work there or not, but if you do and you are not in agreement with how they are doing things then why stay?

Im not defending Allegiant, but every company has its problems man. They are a relatively young airline and as a result there are some "growing pains" that we all have to be able to accept to work there, and if you are not willing... then move on!!
