If you don't have an ADSC get out immediately. Not having the second pass-over makes it easier to get into the guard/reserves, and you'd have to pay severance back if hired by them anyway. In addition, if you have any disability claims, the severance pay would be deducted from your disability claims.
The one reason you might want to stay is for TERA, if offered. I've heard that it's on the books until 2018, although no one will tell you that you can apply for it. I'm pretty sure that the OSA aircraft are not on the critical manning list, so as long as you have 15 years time in service you should be eligible. But a lot can change in 12(ish) months, so proceed carefully.
