Sorry but I'm like 70% in base no SRM, and I'm at 275000 so far w/out Dec in my pay. That's just being smart and working a little. My point is it's not hard at all to do $280/300 a year and they are offering a 16%raise, yes I'll take it..... Stop whining it's a good deal!! Be happy.
